Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Minced Meat Beef or lamb
  • 1 Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 handful Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix the minced meat with the spices, onion, garlic, and parsley.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs or skewers with your hands.
  • Heat a pan or grill with a little oil.
  • Cook the keftas for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve the keftas with pita bread, fresh salad, and a dollop of plain yogurt for a complete meal.
